Appointments
Clients are advised to make their treatment appointments at least one week in advance to ensure preferred times. However, we would gladly accept appointments on a daily basis, subject to availability

Cancellation
Should you require cancelling your treatment appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your booking timing. If you are not able to keep to your booking timing, do give us a call and we will reschedule the appointment for you (subject to availability).
Belongings
Storage space is available in each treatment room for clients to store their clothing and accessories during their treatments.
Mobile Phones Usage
you are advised to turn off your mobile phones once you are ready for your treatment.
